Wyoming meth-making suspect charged againA Wyoming woman arrested Friday and charged Monday for her involvement in making methamphetamine was charged again Tuesday on three counts of possession of the drug, according to Natrona County, Wyoming Court records.
Lisa Dubois, 40, was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of more than 3 grams of the drug, and taking the drug into a correctional facility, according to court records.
Dubois was among four other defendants arrested Friday after law enforcement authorities executed a search warrant because they had reasonable belief that methamphetamine was being manufactured at her residence at 900 E. Fifth St., according to court records.
On Saturday, authorities interviewed a confidential informant at the Natrona County, Wyoming Detention Center who said that Dubois had hidden some methamphetamine in her vagina when she was arrested and brought it into the jail, according to an affidavit accompanying the new charges.
A search yielded a small baggie, and the contents tested positive for methamphetamine. The baggie weighed about 4.9 grams, according to the affidavit.
Cattle truck overturns on I-25
Natrona County, Wyoming Sheriff's Office deputies and Wyoming Highway Patrol troopers headed them up and moved them out of Interstate 25 north of Casper late Monday after a semi-tractor trailer carrying 85 head of Black Angus cattle rolled on its side, according to sheriff's reports.
Deputies and troopers responded to Mile Post 195 where the trailer had rolled in the median between the north- and south-bound lanes, according to the reports.
Driver Roger Rutter complained of pain in his left shoulder and lacerations on the back of his head, and he was transported to the Wyoming Medical Center, according to the reports.
Deputies assisted in moving cattle from the highway to property belonging to the McMurry family, according to the reports.
The rollover caused an accident at Mile Post 194 when a semi-tractor trailer traveling northbound hit four cows, according to the reports.
The two accidents resulted in shutting down Interstate 25 for a while, according to the reports.
Neske held in Washington
A Casper man who is a suspected accomplice in burglaries in July has been arrested in Washington state, according to Natrona County, Wyoming Sheriff Mark Benton.
Gary Neske was being held in the Natrona County, Wyoming Detention Center on a drug possession charge, bonded out, and fled Wyoming after learning that burglary and conspiracy charges had been filed against him, according to Benton.
Neske and Mills resident Ross Humbracht drove to Powder River in July to go rock hunting, but allegedly burglarized a house and an oil field building about 15 miles north of Powder River. Neske left the area when an oil field worker confronted him, and Humbracht was lost for about a week before being found, according to court records.
Humbracht and his wife Nicole have been arrested and informed of their charges at initial appearances in Natrona County Circuit Court.
Neske is in custody of the Forks Police Department in Washington State. The circumstances of his arrest were not known, Benton said.
District Attorney Kevin Meenan said Wednesday that he hasn't received any extradition papers yet.
